Criteria for Membership-Producer:
1. Completion of application
2. Completion of Notification of Recordings Form (NOR) for each
of the three (3) commercial recordings. The following details are
compulsory:
a. Song Title.
b. ISRC code of recording.
c. Release date, etc.
d.Producer(s) and shares.
e. Performer(s) and shares.
3. Submission of three (3) commercially released recordings in MP3 format.
4. All agreements of shares division between producer(s), rights owner(s) and performers to be clearly documented / signed.
5. Copy of main contact’s ID with signature affixed.
6. Specimen Signature form

Criteria for Membership-Performer:
1. Completion of application (Online, Electronic or Hard Copy).
2. Completion of Notification of Recordings Form (NOR) for each of three (3) commercial recordings. The following details are compulsory:
a. Song Title.
b. ISRC code of recording.
c. Release date, etc.
d. Producer(s) and shares.
e. Performer(s) and shares.
3.  Submission of three (3) commercially released recordings in MP3 format.
4. Copy of applicant’s ID with signature affixed.
